Do not take a size below because it tightens pretty well like that. It defines very well the size and the air quality excellent. I did not test on long because I ordered another because the first I ordered was a little too small. I buy a second with a size above and the seller made me a price 🙂 delivery on time so perfect. I have not yet tested on the long term but for the moment very satisfied.
