General Terms and Conditions of Lederlux.nl

Article 1 – Definitions
In these conditions the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: Lederlux.nl, located at Burgemeester Kurversstraat 48, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 50994565.

Customer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with Lederlux.nl.

Agreement: any agreement between the customer and Lederlux.nl regarding the delivery of products.

Products: all items that Lederlux.nl offers on its website.

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Lederlux.nl and to every agreement concluded between Lederlux.nl and the customer.

2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the customer.

Article 3 – The offer

1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the customer.

2. Lederlux.nl is not liable for apparent errors or mistakes in the offer.

3. The images accompanying the products are a true representation of the products offered. Lederlux.nl cannot guarantee that the colors displayed correspond exactly to the real colors of the products.

Article 4 – The agreement

1. The agreement is concluded when the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

2. Lederlux.nl confirms acceptance of the offer by e-mail.

Article 5 – Prices

1. All prices stated on the website are in euros, including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.

2. Lederlux.nl reserves the right to change prices. Any price changes will not affect current orders.

Article 6 – Payment

The customer can pay for the order via the available payment methods listed on the website.

1. Lederlux.nl uses a secure payment environment. Customer data is treated with the utmost care.

2 .If payment is not received on time, Lederlux.nl reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

Article 7 – Delivery

  1. Lederlux.nl strives to deliver orders within the stated delivery time. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation.
  2. If delivery is delayed, Lederlux.nl will inform the customer as soon as possible.
  3. The risk of damage or loss of products rests with Lederlux.nl until the moment of delivery to the customer.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
  2. During the cooling-off period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging.
  3. The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

  1. Lederlux.nl has a complaints procedure and handles complaints in accordance with this procedure.
  2. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Lederlux.nl within 7 days.
  3. Lederlux.nl will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Article 10 – Warranty

  1. Lederlux.nl guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.
  2. A guarantee provided by Lederlux.nl does not affect the legal rights and claims that the customer can assert under the agreement.

Article 11 – Liability

  1. Lederlux.nl is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence on the part of Lederlux.nl.
  2. Lederlux.nl is not liable for damage of any kind because Lederlux.nl relied on incorrect and/or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Article 12 – Force majeure

  1. Lederlux.nl is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not due to fault.
  2. In these general terms and conditions, force majeure means all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which Lederlux.nl has no influence.

Article 13 – Privacy

  1. Lederlux.nl treats customers’ personal data with the utmost care. See our privacy policy for more information.

Article 14 – Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Lederlux.nl is located.
